  • A teacher at Dundas Central School says, "Ms. Schneider always brings extra activities to do with the kids, she is extremely flexible, she marks work and leaves excellent notes!"

  • Tammy DiDinato, Dundas Central School, says, "Ms. Schneider follows plans to a T! She is able to improvise and fill time (E.g., Pirate Game & Principal's Coming).  She manages time well to complete activities with students.  She arrives well-prepared - she could teach without a lesson plan if she had to!  She manages classroom behaviour in a positive way.  She is flexible with changes to the daily schedule.  She's highly artistic and creative.  And, she is willing to pitch in and help staff."

  • A group of students, "Hey, Ms Schneider!  When are you going to be our French teacher... You should be our teacher when Mme. Foran is off!" (While reveling in their sentiment, I explained that there would be a teacher with French Qualifications in, but I'd likely teach them soon.)

  • "Ms. Schneider is the best supply teacher!"

  • Mme Cohen, teacher, says "You make it easier to be away."
What Parents & Kids Said About Miss Nikki's music classes...

"Dear Miss Nikki, We want to thank you so much for being the best music teacher we've had! Your classes are always exciting and interesting.  You take pride in creating a close family environment for us all.  Remembering the kids' birthdays and having special offerings for their day, and for holidays, made it extra special." - the Infanti Family

After being told it was the last class until Falltime, E. screamed, "Nooooo!!! We'll miss it!)

"I didn't ever want to stop DANCING!!!!" - F.

Grandma: "Did you like your music class?" B: "No... I LOVED IT!!!!"

The music experience continues at home... "F. really is taking it in, he has included door bells in his play this week (and we do not have a door bell, so I know it was from class!) and he and Dad were playing ball tonight and not only did names while rolling it but added spelling the name!"

When D started music classes, just a couple months ago, he was 2.5 yrs old.  We were concerned about his speech development.  Since coming to music classes, he now is speaking in complete sentences - ALL the time! His speech therapist asked what we are doing and when we told her, Music and movement class, she said, "Good.  Keep doing it!"  His sharing, focus & attention have also improved greatly is just 8 classes.  In fact, he sings the songs ALL the time and initiates Music Jam at home:)  - J. Morritt (a happy Mom)

"It was age appropriate and my toddler learned a lot and had a heap of fun!"  - Lindsay B.

Miss Nikki: "What activity did you like the best?"   F. (2.5 yrs): "SO many of them!"

“My husband and I really enjoyed class and can't wait to return each week. Thanks again for everything. My husband and I were talking about the care and dedication you and your mom put in--which is something great for the community, as well.” - Juliana

Thanks so much for the detailed updates that you take the time to personalize--never had that before! It's great. Especially because I didn't get to come last week!! - J.
