AQ MATHEMATICS, PJ, Part 1...

I thoroughly enjoyed taking this course.  I feel that the very methods and topics covered - making connections - has happened in my own professional mind.  Never before have I truly realized so strongly the connections between Big Ideas (Comprehensive Literacy and Numeracy Programs, Assessment and Evaluation, Inquiry and Problem Solving Approach, Inclusive Classrooms, Technology as an accelerator, and Collaboration/Teamwork amounts colleagues, etc...).  It is only when these connections between the topics are made that I began to see the Big Picture, as opposed to each as a separate category.  Each is part of a larger whole, and more specifically, how these elements can combine to create an effective program of instruction.
